5) Purchases, Pricing & Refunds

  • Prices may change; taxes may apply depending on your location.
  • Payments are processed by secure, approved payment providers.
  • Refund eligibility and conditions are stated at checkout or on the relevant course page.
  • Statutory cancellation rights, where applicable, are not limited by these Terms.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Services except as permitted by law or written permission.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the Services or other users.

7) Intellectual Property

  • BLearn trademarks, site design, code, and logos are owned by BLearn or its licensors.
  • When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access it for your own learning, subject to any stated time limits.

8) User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit.
  • You grant BLearn a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use your content to operate and improve the Services.
  • Do not submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

9) Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10) Service Availability

We aim to keep the Services reliable and secure, but maintenance or issues may cause interruptions. We may suspend or modify features without notice.

11) Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or that specific results will be achieved.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLearn and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BLearn and its affiliates harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

14) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

15) Governing Law & Disputes (Kingdom of Bahrain)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a revised Last updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
